Noida-based Architecture and Interior Design Studio – Woodofa has recently completed a modern villa house in Noida. This firm is led by duo Designer Shashank Jain & Architect Arpit Jain.
Built on 450sqm. plot area, this house has Five Bedrooms for a family of Five. It was always a second home for Ayush and Disha but the thought was always of making it lavish and beautiful. The entire house is divided into 5 segments. Kitchen, Formal Drawing Room, Double Height Dining Area, Plunge Pool + Deck, and the bedrooms.
The house has the feel of modernity and new urban space yet minimal. Woodofa Architects and Interior Designers never thought of filling the space with loads of furniture and artifacts. Large balconies, private pool, and semi-height spaces are the key elements in the house.
Our Expert designers and architects put together this Spectacular, Uber-Luxury, and Optimized project to make it into a Sophisticated and Lively home. The Modern architecture is complete with a spacious lobby and Pool area and the project is the epitome of effortless sophistication.
Schindler lift, Kohler Bath fittings, Dorset Locks, Phillips, and Ledure lights, Astral CPVC Pipes, Supreme PVC pipes, Kamdhenu and Rathi Steel, Ambuja & Ultra tech Cement, Sakrani POP, Asian Paints, Crabtree Switches, Polycab, and Havells Wires, Daikin Air-Conditioning and Italian Marble are some of the key brands used.
The entire house is made in harmony with colors and modernity. A lot of golden, rosegold profiles and elements have been used. How can we miss the magnificent lights from the Whiteteak company, lot of artifacts and decor have been bought from various places in the city.
We remember Shashank and Ayush traveling to the far end of the city and getting one small piece of decor.
Woodofa was given a raw plot and we as a team designed, constructed, decorated, and handed it over to Ayush and Disha.
